a) Send an email to care@dbmci.one with the subject line: "NEET-PG 2026 Refund – Live 360 ACE"
b) Attach a copy of the rank card
c) Share the Pro account details
d) Share Bank account details - Account Holder Name, Account Number, IFSC Code & Branch
The Care team will verify and initiate the refund process.
Note: The plan will be terminated on both Marrow & DBMCI One once the refund is processed
